Owner, Head Coach

I am the one-woman-show that is everything Atlantic Keeper Academy.

I am a full time K-4 Physical Education Teacher in Methuen and run the Girls Varsity Soccer Program at Methuen High School. 

In four seasons I have led the Rangers to their first ever MVC2 Championship in school history and another one in 2022 and won MVC2 Coach of the Year in 2021 and 2022.

I currently holds a USSF “E” License and an NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 2 Diploma.

I have 10 years of coaching experience at all levels including youth, club, high school and college. I first started my soccer career at Haverhill High School where I was a four year goalkeeper starter at the Varsity level. From there, I went on to Bridgewater State University as the starting goalkeeper from 2007 – 2010. In those four years, I helped lead the Bears in numerous games and served as Team Captain my senior year.

Kayla Camara currently ranks 4th all time for the Bears in career minutes played (4,753 minutes), games played (55), and 5th all-time in career goals against average (1.51).
